Fancy Fold Card

We had a challenge within our Westcoast Creators to make a Fancy Fold Card.  I decided to take a Card I had made awhile ago and turn it into this Fold.  I cut my Real Red cardstock into 4 1/4 X 5 1/2.  You fold that in half and then fold the top half in half again.   Then you glue the top part on and the glitter heart onto the bottom.   I hope you can see in the picture that the heart is on dimensional so it makes the card sit up.

Brusho Lighthouses

I watched a demonstration by Lori Wilcox at our Westcoast Creators meeting using Brusho and the Lighthouse set and had to try it!  You stamp and emboss with white embossing powder.  Then you spray with water and watch!  Aren’t they lovely?

Heartfelt Blooms

I didn’t really like this set at first but saw so many pretty cards I am really enjoying it now.  I saw this card on Pinterest made by Donna Ross.  I didn’t have some of the same pieces for the sentiment so made it with the label from Rose Wonder.  Don’t you just love these flowers in Bermuda Bay!

Brusho

Here are my first Experiments with Brusho.  I have attached a picture to just show different things I have tried.  I like be the brightness of this product.

Birthday Cake!!!

I am being inspired by the catalogue lately.  The Cake Soirée has many samples on those pages!   I thought I would try a shaker card on the new Tutti-Frutti cards you get in the Sale-a-bration Catalogue.   I was thinking after maybe I should have made the cake in Fresh Fig to match the flower.  What do you think?

Valentine Paper Pumpkin

These little note cards are super cute and very easy to make. I love getting my little box every month and everything you need comes right in the box!!  I did add a heart stamp from another set I had as it added a little more to the card.  I want to give these out at my Open House on Jan 27.

Stampin’ Success

I have always liked bed being a Stampi’ Up demonstrator!  One of the great benefits is a magazine we receive called Stampin’ Success.  There are always great ideas in the magazine and this card is one of them.     I used two Sale-a-bration sets in it.  The stamp set is Amazing You and I used the Celebrate you Thinlits.  I don’t use Emerald Envy often but it is striking with the Fresh Fig and Sahara Sand in the background!

Golden Rose

This is the card I made with all the leftover pieces from the card I made and posted yesterday!  Gold is so striking on Island Indigo!

Glittery Roses

Same card as yesterday but I added a gold glitter thinlit to make it more fun for a birthday card.  Tomorrow I will show you why we save the pieces!😊

Wonderful Roses

I have a new friend who loves to craft.   She comes on my Craft and Play evenings where I charge $5 for the use of my equipment..   people bring their own plates and adhesive.    She wanted to use my Rose Wonder stamp set so she picked her favourite colour and we started experimenting.  We used the thicker Whisper White Card stock for watercolouring.

As a demonstrator we get a little magazine and it is full of great ideas.  I made the following card from our magazine.  I never would have put these colours together and rarely use Emerald Envy!!
