Heartfelt Valentines

This is another design from Ronda Wade sent out to our team by Angela McKay!    This is a lovely set of notes using the new Heartfelt Stamp Set in the new mini catty!   Only a few more days until you too can order!

Westcoast Creator Challenge

Our challenge this month was to create one card and then create another using the same design! I made the one on the left for Christmas and then copied the design using the Peaceful Moments Bundle.and Peaceful Poppies DSP.

Pretty Poppies

I have been experimenting with the new Painted Poppies Set.  What a beautiful set and it comes

 with Framelits!  My grandmother began my love for poppies.  I made a little video so just head over to Shanda’s Stamping Spot on My Facebook page!  The darker ones are done with Blender pens and the lighter ones are stamped.  I also tried watercolours.  

Merry Christmas

I made a pile of these today because I like to have some cards made ahead for next Christmas.

Who means the world to you?

I have almost used all the little pieces on my desk left from classes.  I just played around with all the little bears.  As a teenager I lived up north with the polar bears so this was fun to do!

Ride with my big Brother

I made this card for my brother.  I used some of the Ride With me Bundle and then looked for the driving school he teaches at and put together this card.

I had pieces left sitting on my desk so put them altogether I. These cards.  You can do anything  with these globes!!!!

Remaking Cards

I have had these cards on my desk with no sentiment and finally finished them.  I had some new stamp sets from my preorder so I used those and Nine Lives as well!

Perfectly Plaid and Noble Peacock

This is the last card my friend and I made using the Noble Peacock Specialty DSP!  It is a fancy fold card but not too hard to make.

We were trying to make different fancy fold cards.  We tried different colours and finally came up with this one.

My friend and I spent two days making her Christmas cards. She wanted to use the Peacock Specialty DSP and so we did!   They make gorgeous Christmas trees,  we got our first inspiration from Aleena Girsa.   

New Hobby!!!

I took a two day course to learn how to use an embroidery sewing machine.   We made these projects.  It was a bit intense to learn so much but also a great deal of fun!!!

Christmas Tags

It was our team challenge to make Tags this month!  I used Perfectly Plaid and Merry Moose.  I put a large piece of Mossy Meadow into my tag topper and then I placed the largest circle die behind the top to make a circle tag.  The trees are just punched out.

I had some pieces from Magnolia Suite and some Paper Pumpkin pieces and made these four cards.....and... cleaned off my desk!

Lori Wilcox made the card on the left and my friend was admiring it and we decided to case it and this is the card we made!

A Pull Tab Card

My friend wanted to learn to how to make a pull tab card so we started the Highland Heather and went through my DSP and I had some Garden Lane DSP and Mosaic Mood DSP.   I like making these interactive cards.   It is fun to pull the tab and have the inside pop up.

Cajun Craze and Come to Gather DSP

This time I used Cajun Craze with my last set of squares.  I haven’t bought the Gathered Leaves Dies but after using all the pieces in our team kit - I may have to get it!

My friend and I worked together to make this card!  We used the Botanical Tags which she bought and let’s me use!  It sure makes pretty cards!

Birthday Card

It is my daughter’s birthday today.  I wanted to make a special card so I looked up Specialty fold cards and thought I would try this Pull Tab Flap Card.  I watched Tami White and Dawn Griffith’s video to figure it out and then made this card with Mint Macaron and the Mosaic Mood DSP.  I used three stamp sets to get all the sentiments I wanted to express to my wonderful daughter!!!

Merci Chocolate Treat Boxes

These little boxes were a great hit at my craft fair!   Everyone loves the Merci chocolates and you can tuck a little gift card behind them as well!  I used DSP from the holiday catty and these were quite easy to make! 

Coffee Cup Craft Fair Item

Thanks to my friend Debbie for ordering these little coffee cups for me!  They have been a hit at several craft fairs now!  The Let It Snow DSP in the holiday catty goes so nicely with Real Red and Pool Party cardstock.

Craft Fair

This is my table at Sullivan Hall today.  It was a great craft fair with lots of people attending.

Gift Card Holders

Using te DSP from Stampin’ Up’s holiday catty I have made an assortment of gift card holders for a craft Fair I will be ding at Sullivan Hall in Surrey!  

Ferraro Rochet Treats!

I have made 2 1/2 dozen of these now.  They sold well last year so we will see how they do this year!  Any orders placed in November can have the PDF for free!

Craft Fair Treat Box

I am doing a craft fair this weekend and these Ferraro Rochet boxes are always big sellers.  I used Magnolia Lane DSP and coloured the flowers with Cherry Cobbler.

I have been so busy preparing for my class of ten this Saturday I haven’t been designing cards.   My friend and I designed these cards at her place.   Daisies are her and my favourite flowers!

I am one of the 50 vendors at this craft Fair at Sullivan Hall in Surrey.   It promises to be a good one!!!
