Strong and Beautiful Two

The sentiments in the Strong and Beautiful set are going to be helpful for a lot of cards.   I just cut out flowers using my thinlits and arranged them around the frame.   As you saw in my blog yesterday you can make these frames from any shape!

Strong and Beautiful

I am finally using my Strong and Beautiful sentiment set which I received during Prize Patrol in Orlando!  I have a friend who comes to make cards and we divide preparation of cards and we designed these cards.   She cut out all the flowers and I did the card and background.  The Wink of astella makes the flowers match.   

Love my Lasting Lily

I think this is my favourite set in the Saleabration catty!   It has a lot of great sentiments and it is so easy to use..  one stamp produces all those textures!

Simple Stamping Valentines Card

I find it challenging to make simple cards but one night while I was designing a class with the Hey Love Stamp Set I just stamped these images and liked the black, white, and red combination.   This is a very easy card to make for a beginner stamper and is a card offered in my Valentine class on Feb 9.

My First Sampler

Thanks to Ro da Wade’s designing and Angela McKay sending out our materials - I have made my first sampler using Saleabration DSP.    Angela had the pieces already cut for us so we just had to arrange them.  I had bought my frame on sale awhile ago.  Now I think I will try more of these.

Lasting Lily Flower

I saw this on Pinterest so experimented and it took a bit to get the petals placed right with the large Lily but worth it!

Plain Support

This is another design I took a picture of  when I went to Orlando.  I think it just says support in a low key way.  I used the Wood Textures DSP.  

Artfully Aware

This is one of those cards you wish you didn’t have to make.  A friend of mine has a 12 year old granddaughter with leukemia.    If you would join me in prayer for her- that would be great!

Needlepoint Nook

I think this needlepoint look in a Stamp is very close to to the real thing.  I have done a couple of needlepoint so I am enjoying making cards with this set.  My favourite part is the Embossing flowers which go so nicely underneath.

Lasting Lily

This is a lovely lily that one stamp makes the variance in the design to make it look more real.    Every colour seems to work!  You can get this fabulous set for free when you order $120.00.

So many colours to make the flowers from!   You can really add so much to make pretty cards with this set!

Used Your Needle and Thread Lately?

I cased this card from Zoe Tant because I loved the colours.  It uses two designs from the Needlepoint  Nook DSP and Night of Navy is always so pretty in Cards.

Don’t you just love getting cards in the mail?  This one uses a free stamp set from Sale-a-bration - So Hoppy Together.  Ann Driscoll sent it!   I love the idea of the little sign!

Caseing is a Piece of Cake

I saw Angela McKay’s  Card and wanted to case hers right away!  I made mine blue and I was trying to make a masculine birthday card,

More Cake Builder

I am working on a class of cards using this set and have been experimenting with design and colour!  I decided to use the same design I used from the catty and experiment with colour and different cakes.   Not sure if I should colour in the hearts.

My Other Hobby

I finished this quilt for my brother and gave it to him this Christmas.  It is a buzz saw quilt and only a seasoned quilter would see the rather significant mistake I made but like in paper crafting - there is always a way to fix a mistake!  He likes sailboats so I found material with sailboats in it.

Meant to Be

This is another of Ronda Wade’s design from our monthly West Coast Creators meetings!   Simple and yet so pretty!  This set is available tomorrow to order!
