Enjoy more Life Sunshine Card

This is another one of our team cards designed by Erica Cerwin.  I used my Enjoy Life Stamp Set on her design. 

Enjoy Life

It is a great time to join Stampin’ Up because of the great deal they have to join right now but it is also great to be part of such a marvelous team.   Once a month my team leader sends out a package and we have a meeting.  This is one of her designs but I didn’t have the stamp set she used so I used Enjoy Life.

I made the background for this card using the Saran Wrap technique.   I used my Stamparatus to stamp several times in Momento the Peaceful Place image.  It took me awhile to figure out a design but in the end I used Blueberry Bushel and a sentiment from Peaceful Place.

Watercolour and Winter Woods

I have been experimenting a little more with the Saran wrap technique with some new colours - So Saffron, Grapefruit Grove, and Mossy Meadow.  I then used Winter Woods Stamp Set To create the background.  You need to use your Stamparatus and go over the image at least three times to get the image dark enough with the Momento ink.   I think it is a lovely effect though.

Paper Pumpkin Alternative

I needed to clear my table and took my July Paper Pumpkin and mixed and matched with some extra pieces I had leftover from a swap and last month’s Paper Pumpkin kit.

Saran Wrap Cards

I received the card on the left from Kim Arlene in a recent swap we did.  We used our dark blue re-inkers to create these cards.    You drop several drops of each colour onto a scrunched piece of Saran, (3), and spray the Saran with water.  You then  lay your cardstock or watercolour paper on top of the Saran Wrap .  So pretty!

Daisy Laser-cut

All you have to do is put a layer behind  the laser-cut and decorate!!!

Bird Ballad Laser-cut Cards

The tin these cards come in is very pretty and would make a nice gift to give someone if you made cards for them.  You get 12 laser-cut cards and 12 matching envelopes in this cute tin.  Here is a wedding card I made using the Wonderful Moments Stamp Set.  You can carefully snip away the circle part of the laser card and I stamped the bride and cut her out using the largest Layering Circle die.   I added a few pearls and quite liked them in her hair.   I put some Wink of Stella on the dress.

Christmas Paper Pumpkin

I have a friend who loves sailing and I always make her a Christmas card so I combined some of the Paper Pumpkin pieces and made two Pointsettias out of the Four-Petal Fliwer Punch.

July Paper Pumpkin

I finished three cards from my Paper Pumpkin kit.  I added a few extra pieces to fill in some empty spaces.   

Crafting Hamburger

I was crafting for four hours with my friend cooking 30 or so pounds of hamburger to make pizza bun sauce for one of the meals for the Sports Camp I help at every summer.   

Little Purse

I am looking for some cute treat holders and found this little purse on Dawn Griffith You Tube.   I am not sure if I will do a craft fair again but for now just want to make some cute treat bags.  I used the Magnolia DSP.

Ready for Mini Retreat

This is my mini retreat class ready for Saturday!  I have space for one more if you let me know by tomorrow.

Free as a Bird Waterfall

I wanted to try a waterfall card with my Free as a Bird Set and the DSP in that suite.  It is such pretty paper!

Waterfall cards

I am preparing some waterfall cards for my mini retreat on Saturday.   I have made one using Piece of Cake.    The other card I made last year.  I need to practice a little again!

Westcoast challenge

I designed this card for a Picture Challenge.  I had made these balloons for my Open House and they matched the colours.

Nine lives of Friendship

It is fun to make these pet cards.   You stamp the outline of the cat and then stamp the inside of the cat whatever colour you choose. Terracotta Tile makes a lovely kitty.

Boxes for Day Retreat

I made five boxes today for the people who are coming to my day retreat on July 20.  I can put some snail and chocolates in these boxes and other little treats!

Daisies, Daisies

Welll.... this is not a craft for the faint of heart.  I loved the daisies in The catalogue on pg 23.  I made quite a few and wasn’t quite sure what to do with them but I was cleaning upstairs and found this frame.  Voila!!!

Daisy Lane

I recently participated in a swap and received the middle card from Danielle.  I cased them and decided to try Pumpkin Pie and So Saffron..  not sure I like the orange but I do like the blue and yellow!  Anyone ordering the Daisy Lane Bundle can get it for 10% off.

I made this card for my Open House in June.   I got out my daisy punches and will be experimenting with them this week!

I have finished my team cards but I finished them with a different stamp set.  I need to correct from yesterday - Erica, Kay, and Angela designed these cards.

Team Crafts

I love getting our team crafts once a month.  They are designed by Ronda Wade and prepared by Ange McKay.  I didn’t have the set used in the PDF so I used my Delightful Day Stamp Set because I thought it matched well.

Not on his feet yet

I have tried to make a simple card.  I find them harder to do.

I think the Garden Lane DSP works perfectly with the Back on Your Feet Stamp Set!  The sentiment goes well on the New Timeless Label Punch.

Knotty Situations

The animals in this set are so cute!  I just loved this set when I first saw it in the catalogue!
