Christmas Countdown

I just finished my Christmas Countdown Box.  It is very sturdy and quite easy to make and would make a lovely gift for years to come!  I didn’t have the stamp set they used but as you can see it turned out lovely by using other stamp sets.

Team Baby Cards

I love getting our team cards in the mail usually designed by Ronda Wade.  I made mine using my Wildly Happy Stamp Set which I got at Prize Patrol during Onstage.

Team Cards

Time for my team cards sent out by Angela McKay and designed by Ronda Wade.  I didn’t have the stamp sets so I used my Little Elephant Stamp Set.  I don’t use Gray Granite often and I would never have paired it with Mint Macaroon but it is lovely isn’t it. 

To Colour or not to Colour

Do I colour the image or is it perfect?  I think the candles are so lovely!   I am just not sure whether or not I should colour it.   The Heirloom frame goes around the candles so nicely!

Heirloom Magnolia Christmas

I saw this card on Pinterest madeby Pamela Shrake and I had to try it!!  You use the Magnolis Lane DSP and colour it with Real Red Blends.   I used Gold Foil paper for the frame.   It is such a pretty card to make and neat to colour the magnolias to look like Pointsettias.

Monochromatic Heirloom

Isn’t this gorgeous??  I cased this from Candy Ford.  I don’t make monochromatic cards very often but when I saw this one using Soft Sea Foam And Peaceful Place Stamp Set.  And of course the Heirloom folders and dies!   

Heirloom Embossing Folders and Dies

I made a little video of how to use your Thin Die adapter to make these little frames.  I just loved them when I saw them in the new catalogue!  You can cut out at least two at a time and then emboss them.  They add so much to a card.

New Catty Challenge

Here is a card I have been working on for classes but I put it in a Westcoast Creator Challenge.  The trees in the Plaid tree bundle are all pretty!

Paper Pumpkin

 I got my Paper Pumpkin just in time.  I put all the cute bags together and made some extra ones and gave them to all the wonderful people who helped in the kitchen and let them pick cards to put in each bag.   These bags were great for that!!

Toddler Quilt

I finished the top part of a quilt for my youngest granddaughter!  I now have to decide what colour to have a border.  I had originally picked out the Yellow but now am not liking it.  What do you think of a purple?

Card Class

A couple came today and had  fun making six cards each in a class.  We all enjoyed ourselves and her husband was amazed with the with the Embossing Folder to emboss and even more amazed when we used the heat gun to emboss on two cards.  It was great fun to teach these two!

Perfectly Plaid Trees

I have been working on a class with a new bundle - Perfectly Plaid Bundle.    I stamped the trees - aren’t they cute??  You can punch them out too.      I made this card for a challenge for our Westcoast Creator Team.  

Merry Christmoose!

I could not resist making this card.  Any primary teacher who has played Duck Duck Goose a million times is going to get a chuckle out of this card.  Merry Moose is going to be a fun set to play with!

Perfectly Plaid Treat

The little box on the left was designed by Erica Cerwin for our team meeting for July.   It was so cute and I was working with a new Christmas stamp set called Perfectly Plaid so I made another box to match a card I made for a class.

Christmas Floral Essence

This is a Christmas card I made with my Floral Essence Stamp Set.  Same design as yesterday but red and white.  I think these flowers make great Pointsettias

Floral Essence Take Three

Same flower from the Floral Essence Stamp Set as yesterday but I used the matching punch to cut out the flowers and arrange them around the Stitched Nested Label Dies.

Simply Floral Essence Take Two

This is the second simple card I have made with the Floral Essence Stamp Set.    I used the other flowers in the set.   This is very easy stamping .   You just stamp the flowers and leaves and sentiment and voila!  

Simply Floral

I had a different idea in mind but decided to start off with a very simple card using my Floral  Essence Stamp Set and my favourite new In Colour Rococo Rose.    I stamped the flowers first and then the leaves.  This is one of the sentiments in the set.   Very simple and quick!

Enjoying life on the North Shore

I was trying to create a bike ride in North Van.    What do you think?  Am I close.  I was pleased with myself I must say.
