Little Ladybug Shower of Love

Every two weeks or so my friend and her daughter come over and they try out my stuff and we make cards together.  Leslie cut out a whole bunch of the flowers and leaves and took them home and made this lovely card!  I had to share it!

Patina Technique

This is a really nifty technique to try!   I did a little Facebook Live on how to do it and you can also look up the Patina  Technique on Pinterest.  Basically you choose 2 or 3 colours and sponge them onto a thick whisper white cardstock which you have put through an embossing folder of your choice.  I used the Tin Tile folder and 3 colours - Mossy Meadow, Balmy Blue, and Early Expresso.  Then you just design a card.

Black and White Challenge

Our current challenge for our Westcoast Creator Team is to create a black and white card.  I used my free Sale-a-bratio stamp set called Thoughtful Blooms.   I also used the Eyelit lace embossing folder for background.   The Stampin’ Up envelopes are great for stamping so I did one of those as well!

Paper Pumpkin Alternative

I worked today on some alternative Paper Pumpkin cards.   One I made into a shaker card and the other I used a new Happy Birthday to You stamp I just got today!

I finished three cards pretty much as is suggested in the kit.   There is also a sheet in the kit for extra ideas with  Sale-a-bration stamp set which I must try!

Africa Trip

I made this card for my sister before she left for Africa for a three week trip!  On Valentines Day she was visiting an elephant sanctuary in Kenya.  I used my Wildly Happy stamp set and then just punched out a balloon as she might go home n a balloon ride!

I did a little Facebook Live today on how to make this little pop up.  I used all the materials on Page 9 with the From My Heart Bundle.   The punches make these cards really easily!!
