These are our team cards designed by Angela McKay with a few e teas from me featuring the new In Colours - Magenta Madness and Misty Moonlight.

Whitewashing Technique

I watched Gillian show us this technique and tried it today in my Facebook Live.  These are the four cards I made.  You stamp with Stayzon or Versemark and emboss with white powdery.  Then you paint with an aqua painter with white craft ink.  Just drop a drop a little white reinker and add water and paint!!   Then add Color on top and it gives a totally different effect when you finish.

Pampered Pets

I took part in Ange and Alisons meeting today and Alison designed these lovely cards using the Pampered Pets Bundle!

Inking Embossing Folder Technique

I did my Facebook Live today on brushing your embossing folders with ink and how lovely they turn out to make a variety of cards.  This was one of the cards.  You ink the Woodlands folder with Crumb Cake and then stamp the animals right on the embossing folder with Early Expresso.  It makes it look like the animals are hiding behind the trees.

Daisies in my Jars of Flowers

I just experimented with the jar punch and my daisies today! How do you like my new background?

Jar of Flowers Fancy Fold

My friend and I designed this card.  It is a Fancy Fold card but not too challenging to make.   The Jar of Flowers set has a set of flowers which look like peonies so I used the Peony Garden DSP.  You can watch my Facebook Live on Shanda’s Stampin Spot! 

Men’s Cards

I got the idea for the bottom card from Stampin’ Up’s new catalogue!   I just love this stamp set and it makes such great cards.   I do sell my cards if you need some and I do classes showing people how to make cards. 

Sailing Home Fancy Fold

My friend Angelica is here with me - I have expanded my bubble and she was working on this lovely card using the Sailing Home set!

A Whale of a Card

I have enjoyed making cards with the Whale of a Time Suite!  I earned this suite free thanks to all the people who ordered with me.  The DSP makes lovely cards and the whales are so cute!  I copied this card from the catalog on the top of page 95.  I just different dies to make this card.

8 cards in an Hour

I got my kit this afternoon and just loved it so I sat for an hour taking everything out and putting all the pieces together!  And ......voila!  8 lovely cards!

Birds and Branches

I cased this card from Ange Juda.  It is a fold I have never made before.  The Birds and Branches stamp set is perfect for this fold.  The banner just sits behind the first layer.  I love the way it folds up.

West Coast Creators Blog Hop

I didn't have my Cinnamon Cider Ink yet  but wanted to play with the new In Colors so I stamped the small sunflower from the Celebrate Sunflowers in Versemark and embossed it with Clear Embossing Powder on the Cinnamon Cider and the Bumble Bee.   I also dunked the sentiments from the Well Written Dies into the Versemark to brighten them up.  My brother came in and startled me when I was making this and there was embossing powder everywhere!  :)     I hadn't done this technique for awhile but was very pleased with the results.     

The scalloped square is the third largest in the  Layering Squares set of dies.  The In Color Enamel Dots just added a nice finishing touch!

Vellum Daisies

I just punched the daisies out and stamped the leaves and voila!  A lovely card!!

Jar of Flowers Bundle

I am working on my new bundles I got last week.  This Jar of Flowers Bundle is so cute and I live punches.  The four  sets of flowers that go with this cute jar and punch are easy to Color and add to cards.

Bigger Boxes

I designed this bigger box and showed how to make it on my Facebook Live today!  I will be working on a PDF for these boxes.  They sure are fun to make.

A Friends Vellum Poppies

Poppies and Vellum

No ink? No problem!

The new In Colour inks are not yet available and I wanted to show off the new colours so I cut 1” x  4” pieces and put them on my card.  I stamped the image from Ornate Style with Versemark and then embossed it with clear embossing powder and you can really see all the colours.
