A Challenge Card from Paper Pumpkin

I am still making cards from my Paper Pumpkin kit!  This card was for a challenge from our Westcoast Creator Leader Angela McKay.  I added some bling and colour to make it a congratulation card.  You get enough pieces in a kit to make way more cards than they give you.
