Fun with My Stamparatus

I have been watching some videos on how to use the Stamparatus.  I had to try this card designed by Linda Hellar.

I included a picture of my Stamparatus showing how I used and stamped the banners.  I really love this tool.  It makes stamping sentiments in just the right place so much easier.   If you tell me you would like to order this too in June or any order of $60 made in May can receive a Sale-a-bration item from me.  I will post the collection you may choose from a few times in May.

Painted Harvest Thank You Cards

I made these cards for a friend of mine.  Her daughter is getting married and I thought these might be nice for her.  The stamps from Painted Harvest turn out lovely in any colour!  I used Wisteria Wonder and Elegant Eggplant.

Eastern Beauty Bag Bundle

Well... I kind of went to town today to do more with this marvelous bundle.    I needed to make a gift for someone who is retiring and what better way than to use retiring paper.😊.  I made two more cards similar to the ones in the catalogue again.  I have pages marked in this catty of cards I want to make and am going to do them now because when I see the new catty.... I don’t often look in the old one.

Eastern Beauty Bundle

This card was really easy to make using the Eastern Beauty Bundle!  I cased it right out of the catalogue and changed it a little.   The Stampin’ Up catty is always full of great ideas!  This is another bundle which will lose the 10% discount.  The cute little bow and the gold stickers are retiring.  

Apron of Love

I can’t believe I haven’t used this set yet.  It is so cute!   This is a bundle you will no longer get for 10% off as a bundle after May 31.  I used Powder Pink and Blushing Bride and I like the Powder Pink best.  The cute little bows and the lace doilies are also retiring so will be unavailable in a month.

Let the Good Times Roll!

This card is tricky but fun to make!  The pop-up part is great for a child to open up.  It did help me a lot to watch a video on how to insert the pop-up.  It is easy to cut out the little cars and they add so much to this card.  You can only get this bundle for another month.

Wood Words Bundle

This is the challenge this month and my card is below.  I used the Wood Words Bundle and the Wood Texture DSP.    I tried to make a field of flowers with the flower stamp in the set.  I used the crate thinlit to create the fence.  You won’t be able to get this bundle for 10% off in the next catalogue so if you like it - it is best to order now.   I just used my Pink Pirouette pen to make the tree have spring blossoms.

Daisy Delight Gift Box

I made this gift box of cards for my friend for her birthday!  You can fit about 5  cards in here.  This was the first bundle I bought when the catty came out last year.  You will only be able to get the 10% off this bundle for another month.   

Heartfelt wishes Card

I am cleaning up my desk and think this card came from my upline for one of our monthly meetings.  The design is from Ronda Wade.  I used a different stamp set.  I sure love using glitter paper!  

Daisy Delight

This card is a direct case from Rosanne Mulhern.  These daisies are sponged with So Saffron and curled with my bone folder.  The woodgrain paper is continuing in our next catalogue!  Hurray!  The bees are from Touches of Texture.

Pineapple Punch tulips

I had posted a card with tulips previously and I used the same design for this card only I wanted to try a new In-Colour I got this week - Pineapple Punch.  I love the vivid yellow!  Doesn’t this colour make a beautiful tulip?   I like the basket weave embossing behind it too.  I stamped and cut out the second layer of this two step stamp set to give the card a little more depth.

Sailing Fun with Paper Pumpkin

I really enjoyed putting these little notecards together.  You just open the kit and can begin putting the little pieces together.  I love the little box that comes in the kit and that I can give these as a gift once I am done.  The sentiments are great for this set as well.

Had to try my new Products!

I did try to finish clearing my desk but I only lasted one day to not get into the gorgeous suite we got to preorder as a demonstrator!   So pretty!!  I started with Grapefruit Grove - one of the new In- colours.   I used Copper Paper for the sentiment and had the ribbon left over from a Paper Pumpkin kit.  This is some new lovely DSP and the whole set is just stunning!

These Shoes were made for Stamping!

A friend came over and needed a card for a young niece and nephew!  So, the purple one is for the niece and the Dapper Denim for the young man.   I had bought the Timeless Texture set last yeAr and never used it.  What a great background it makes!   

Quilt crafting

I decided to work more on my grandsons quilt.  This is the top!
I have put the batting down and the bottom and taped it to my dining room floor.  Now to pin it all together and quilt it!

True Gentlemen Suite

Have any true gentlemen in your life?   This is the suite for you!  It is found on Page 44 and 45 of the Occasions Catalogue.   There are great ideas there on how to use all the products in this suite.  I made two cards using some of the True Gentlemen DSP, Night of Navy Corduroy ribbon and the buttons.  I cut out the sentiments because then they fit nicely on the Tranquil Tide pieces using the Tailored Tag punch.   Any order placed in May can receive a 6X6 sample of the True Gentlemen DSP from me - just in time for you to make Father’s Day cards!

More Retiring Colors

Sweet Sugarplum and Peekaboo Peach are retiring!    Flirty Flamingo is actually returning so you will be able to make those simple cards I posted yesterday!   The hostess set - Tranquil Tulips- will also be retiring!   It is such a lovely set and the two step stamping adds such lovely detail.  I used basically the same design for both but experimented with different greens.  I had just ordered the lime sequins and thought they looked really neat on the Sweet Sugarplum.  Be sure to let me know soon if you would like anything on the retiring list as items can go quickly!

Flirty Flamingo Flowers

Flirty Flamingo wasn’t a colour I really liked at first but it grew on me.  It will be one of the colours soon to retire!  In the next few days you will want to look at your favourite In Colour products and order the ones you like quickly as they sell out and disappear fast.  These cards are made with Heartfelt Blooms and look so pretty in Flirty Flamingo.

Dapper Denim Trophy

I made this card with Dapper Denim.  It was my favourite in this group of colours that is retiring.  I wanted to show a customer how easy it is to make a card in any colour with the Worlds Best Trophy set.  You will want to get Dapper Denim paper and ink products before they are unavailable.  All the

retiring colours sell out quickly so be sure to let me know if you would like to order some.

Emerald Envy Trophy

I had a customer who ordered this Worlds Best Trophy set and as she is new to Stamping I wanted to make her a few samples to help her.   I also wanted to make some cards in colours that will be retiring soon.   Once the announcements come out the retiring colours go quickly.    I will be posting all the colours in the next few days.

Graduation Cards

A friend of mine has a daughter graduating from university and so we made some cards.  We experimented with the sentiments and the colour of paper behind the numbers.

Delightful Gerber Daisy

A friend came over today and brought a picture of a purple Gerber daisy.   She asked if maybe we could recreate it.   Ta da!!!   We just used the Delightful Daisy stamp set and punch.  I made one very simple and then added embellishments to the second one.

Easter Bookmarks

I had seen some bookmarks on Pinterest and thought I would make some for our Easter breakfast at church today.   I probably should have made more!  I am really enjoying the Hold On To Hope bundle.
