Birthday Card for Younger Sibling

Who can resist having a little fun with a younger sibling who is always telling everyone they are the younger sister?  She is 60 and I couldn’t get that many candles on the cake but I made a valiant effort!  I decided to make my sisters card to match a colour challenge which was for our Westcoast Creator team this month.   Gorgeous Grape, Night of Navy, and Flirty Flamingo!  It was a little tough but I figured a baby senior as she calls herself now deserved a funny and bright card!  I love the Birthday Banner Stamp Set especially when it is perfect for a sibling!
