Double Embossing Technique
I love this technique! You stamp with a solid image and emboss it with clear embossing powder. Then you stamp another image and emboss with white powder. Then you sponge with two colours and where you have embossed with clear turns out really white. After you sponge you have to wipe over the embossed areas with a tissue. Then you stamp leaves or any image on top of that and wipe again with a tissue and the effect is stunning. It looks like it is behind!

Baby wipe Technique meets Forever Fern
I haven’t ever done the baby wipe technique! It is quite stunning when you put drops of reinker onto a baby wipe and then stamp with it. I used Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie and So Saffron. I love these stamps to begin with but it is amazing with this technique!

West Coast Creator In Color Blog Hop
Welcome to our West Coast Creators Blog Hop for July. We are featuring the In Colors this month and I know you will love everyone's creations for this blog hop. I am excited to be a part of this talented group.
I have used the Jar of Flowers Bundle to create this cute card. This is a simple card I created and then I stepped it up in the picture below. I used Bumble Bee Cardstock and Bumble Bee In Color Designer Series Paper for the background. I stamped the jar with Black Momento Ink onto Misty Moonlight cardstock and then punched it out. I added the Misty Moonlight In Color Enamel Dots. The images are stamped onto Very Vanilla cardstock.
To step up my simple card from above, I coloured the flowers with Bumble Bee and Old Olive ink. I wanted to make some simple cards for my card classes but then thought I would step it up a notch and I like it just as well after I coloured it.
Just click on the link below to go the next blog. Thanks for joining us on our blog hop!!!

Prized Vellum Peonies
I saw a card on Pinterest made with vellum and decided to try it. I showed how to make them on my Facebook Live. After that I decided to make one more peony - sponged it with So Saffron and then coloured it with Wink of Stella! I decided to use Granny Apple Green as one of my friends watching suggested it.

Umbrella Punch Art
I was cruising through Pinterest and saw several people who had made these dresses with the umbrella punch - one person being Nancy Novak. You just punch out one of the smaller pieces and four of the wider umbrella and two umbrella handles in gray. Then you put all the pieces through an embossing folder and then glue them on your card! This is so neat!!!

Dandelion Birthday
