New In-Colours

Are you wanting just a few samples of the new In Colours to see of you would like them?

For $20 I would send you 2 sheets of cardstock for each new colour, 1 yard of ribbon of each new colour, all the pieces to make the five cards you see in the picture and one row of the In Color Faceted Dots.    You can use any sentiment you have at home on these easy to make cards designed by Ronda Wade!  Just leave me a message to let me know!

I like thinlits but punches are still my favourite.   I used the new Purple Pisy DSP and Smoky Slaye to make the cat.

Musical Birthday

I wanted to make a special card for my mother’s birthday.   I had seen lots of these piano cards on Pinterest and thought I would try a special  gold piano.  I think the Rose one is my favourite!

I was trying to come up with another card and was strolling through Facebook and found a sketch challenge and created this card!

A Good Man

I am still preparing classes for my Open House on June 8.   I loved this set the first time I saw it!  Unfortunately this is true for many sets in this new catty!  This set is great for a lot of occasions but Father’s Day especially!

Two Technique Card

I used two techniques to make this card!    I masked the big elephant so I could put the other big elephant beside him!    I stamped the elephants on my silicone mat and then put the inked images on top of the mask to make a mirror image.  Pretty cool don’ t you think!!!!

Magnificent Magnolia Suite

I am getting ready for my Open House June 8.    I thought I would try the envelope on the front of the new catalogue and the supply list we have access to as demonstrators is very helpful!   The DSP in this suite is lovely!

Wild Rose and Mosaic Mood

Still experimenting with my rose and thought I would try some new DSP.   I am still experimenting with the dies as well and made these two cards.   

Crafting Fun

It is always fun to have friends over to craft!  Notice the little crafter under the table getting into the recycling bin!!

Wild Roses

I just sat and experimented with colours - Highland Heather, Mint Macaron, Mango Melody, So Saffron etc.  I used Melon Mambo to outline and I liked that.    Sometimes a darker colour like Gorgeous Grape is a nice accent and with  other colours I felt the same colour on the outline looked more natural!  What do you think?

Rococo Wild Rose

I thought I would try a simple card and not use the outline stamp for this flower.   Just simple stamping with Rococo Rose and Old Olive leaves.  I like this To a Wild Rose Stamp Set and even doing a two step Instead of three looks great.

A Blue Wild Rose

I made a similar card and wanted to use my new Seaside Spray and I think it turned out great!

I am trying out some of the new things we get to order early as demonstrators and this stamp set - To a Wild Rose- is a WOWset!   When you stamp in all three layers it is amazing the effect!  I used Calypso Coral for this card - will have to try more!

Mother’s Day

I am still trying to use everything on my desk and still have some Saleabration cards so made this Mother’s Day card to send to a friend.  I love the sentiments from the Flourishing Phrases Stamp Set!

Magnolia and Sale-a-bration

I was working on clearing my desk of some retired Saleabration items and thought wouldn’t one of these magnolias look nice on this Saleabration card?   I cut it apart and voila!

Back to my craft room

It was a wonderful trip to Europe but it is so good to be home!  I sat at my craft desk this morning listening to a CD which I bought at a concert in Prague and drinking tea out of my mug from Nuremberg.  How do you like the little hedgehog I bought also in Prague to keep my water colour pencils I ?
